-Orange County (Fullerton, Buena Park, Garden Grove)* If your address is out of range, we will contact you within 1-2 days and cancel your order with a full refund. If you would like to know if your address is within our delivery area prior to purchase, please email us directly: luckyricecakela@gmail.com with subject: Chuseok Delivery Address Check-Up (Let us know how many boxes you would like to order as well)
Please only order if you are flexible to take delivery between 9AM-3PM. Seller cannot provide exact delivery time but will contact buyer 1 hour prior to arrival. We are working hard to schedule complimentary deliveries, we hope you can be patient with us during this busy time.
Please be ready to meet us at front! We won’t be able to go searching for you in an office building/apartment. If you are unresponsive during the delivery process, we will leave the goods at the delivery address as we have to get to all the other customers. We will NOT BE LIABLE for any damages caused by this.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform me prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy information and accordingly the Supplier will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the product.
